Nni Akpu

Nni Akpu, Popularly known as fufu, is a traditional Ika dish made from starchy foods, typically cassava. This beloved staple is widely consumed in various regions of Nigeria and is especially significant in Ika land.
Nni Akpu is eaten with the fingers, allowing for a tactile dining experience. A small piece is pinched off, molded, and used to scoop up the soup.
