Igbodo

Igbodo is a town in Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. It is part of the Ika ethnic group and is situated within the region known for its rich cultural heritage and traditions. Igbodo is bordered by other towns, including Owa-Oyibu and Ute-Okpu.

Barr. Ikechukwu Nkeobikwu Osedume I is the traditional ruler of Igbodo.

The town has a strong agricultural base, with many residents engaged in farming and trading. Like other Ika communities, Igbodo celebrates various cultural festivals and events that showcase its traditions, customs, and communal values. The town is also known for its historical significance within the Ika region and plays a role in the cultural identity of the Ika people.
