Akara Mbua

In Ika culture, Akarambụa (or Akara Mbụa) is a cherished dish made from water yam, This delicacy involves grating water yam, mixing it with seasonings like salt, pepper, and sometimes onions, then forming it into small patties or balls. These are then deep-fried until they develop a golden, crispy crust with a soft, fluffy interior.
